Hi, I’m Lindsay—an intuitive healer, Akashic Records guide, and shamanic mentor.

My work is devoted to helping women slow down, come back into their bodies, and remember the gifts they were born with. I support those who are ready to move beyond survival mode and into a way of living that feels grounded, sacred, and true.

For many years, I lived in constant over-effort: over-giving, overthinking, and searching for healing outside myself. What I discovered along my own path is that real transformation doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from stillness, regulation, and learning how to feel safe inhabiting your power.

I weave together retreats, Reiki, trauma-aware breathwork, shamanic ritual, and the Akashic Records to create spaces where your nervous system can soften and your intuition can speak clearly again.
