Hi, I’m Lindsay—an intuitive healer, Akashic Records guide, and shamanic mentor.
My work is devoted to helping women slow down, come back into their bodies, and remember the gifts they were born with. I support those who are ready to move beyond survival mode and into a way of living that feels grounded, sacred, and true.
For many years, I lived in constant over-effort: over-giving, overthinking, and searching for healing outside myself. What I discovered along my own path is that real transformation doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from stillness, regulation, and learning how to feel safe inhabiting your power.
I weave together retreats, Reiki, trauma-aware breathwork, shamanic ritual, and the Akashic Records to create spaces where your nervous system can soften and your intuition can speak clearly again. My approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply personal—because no two healing journeys are the same.
